Important Information

• Club Meetings are held on the First and Third Mondays of the Month September to June
• The first meeting of each month is held via Zoom
• Note: January through March all meetings will be held via Zoom.
• You will receive an email with sign-in information.

Submission Requirements:

• Submit up to 4 images per challenge
  


• Submit pictures via email to
  bcc.photo.submissions@gmail.com
  prior to 8:00 PM on Sunday prior to the meeting


• jpg format with the longest side being
  10 inches and 300 dpi resolution.
  maximum file size: 4 MB


• Submit pictures in a zip folder
  makes for ease in sorting and organizing.
  
  
• Name files with the following convention:
  your name_challenge_name of picture
  (e.g. andrew_liquids_glass of water.jpg).
  
  
• Only photos meeting the Challenge criteria will be considered.
  They can otherwise be submitted in “What’s Up”

AGSM MEETING LOCATION IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Meeting Start Time: 6:45 PM in the Drawing Room
• End Time: 8:45 PM Building must be vacated by 9:00 p.m.
• Club members must sign in/out at the front desk required for emergency purposes.
• Free Parking is available in the parkade at 8th and Princess after 6:00 PM.
  
• The Drawing Room must be left as we found it.
  Your help in moving chairs and tables back to their original location is much appreciated.
